Why Is It Important?
Drivers with violations must complete the RTD process to regain their CDL or CLP privileges. Under Clearinghouse Rule II, unresolved statuses can lead to CDL downgrades. Here we contact your SAP for your completion paperwork & follow-up testing plan. There may be an extra fee if your SAP requires a breath alcohol test.
A member of our team will walk you through how to select us as your clearinghouse representative. Then you will go take an OBSERVED Return-to-Duty drug test. Allow 3-5 days to get the results.
Once the results come back negative we will update your
clearinghouse status to NOT PROHIBITED. We will keep your paperwork on file for your new company.
